- • The Manager, Program Planning will lead planning operations for one of Draper’s largest business areas, managing a team of Planners to ensure program schedules are accurate, compliant, and aligned with customer and government requirements.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in MS Project, briefing senior leadership on program status, coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams (finance, engineering, procurement, etc.), and ensuring schedules are resource-loaded and compliant with EVMS and DFARS requirements.
- • Draper is an independent, nonprofit R&D company with over 2,000 employees tackling national challenges in defense, space, biomedical engineering, and more. The company fosters a collaborative, innovative environment where multidisciplinary teams solve complex problems that impact lives.
