📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Project Coordinators supporting packaged services engagements across Procore’s ecosystem, driving operational excellence and ensuring efficient scaling of professional services delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day responsibilities including resource allocation, workload balancing, workflow optimization, cross-functional partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams, performance monitoring, issue escalation, and fostering a collaborative team culture aligned with Procore’s values.
• Join Procore Technologies, Inc., a leader in construction management software, where the Professional Services team ensures successful client onboarding and project delivery through expert coordination and process innovation.
• Develop leadership and strategic impact by building a high-performing team, refining operational processes, influencing cross-functional alignment, and advancing expertise in professional services delivery within a fast-paced, remote-first technology environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
• 2+ years of direct people management experience
• 3+ years in a project manager or professional services role
• Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing talent in a remote or hybrid environment
• Deep understanding of professional services delivery frameworks, project management methodologies, and resource management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to optimizing operational processes
• Experience in the construction industry or with construction technology SaaS platforms (highly preferred)

• Base pay range of $114,400.00 - $157,300.00 USD annually
• Eligibility for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation
