  • • As the Manager, Revenue Systems, you will be instrumental in architecting and constructing the foundational infrastructure of our revenue-generating operations. This role transcends a traditional Salesforce administrator position; you will serve as our primary Salesforce Architect and a hands-on builder, taking full ownership of the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of our entire Go-To-Market (GTM) systems ecosystem. This includes seamless integration and optimization across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success (CS), and Finance departments.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to translate Legora's overarching revenue strategy into a robust, scalable, and efficient system architecture. You will be the architect of our GTM systems, ensuring they are designed to support and accelerate our growth trajectory.
  • • **Salesforce Architecture & Governance:** You will own the strategic design and governance of Salesforce Sales Cloud. This involves developing scalable data models that can accommodate future growth and designing sophisticated automation to streamline workflows. You will build advanced Flows, validation rules, and approval processes to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency. A critical part of this will be managing user permissions, defining the role hierarchy, and implementing stringent security measures to protect sensitive data. Furthermore, you will establish best practices for release management, ensuring a controlled and effective deployment of system updates and enhancements.
  • • **Revenue Systems Ecosystem Management:** You will architect and manage the intricate integrations across our core revenue technology stack. This includes, but is not limited to, Salesforce, our CPQ & Billing solution (Nue), Stripe for payment processing, Gong for conversation intelligence, our marketing automation platform, and a future Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. Your role will be to define the authoritative system of record for critical revenue data, map out data flows with precision, and proactively identify and eliminate manual processes that hinder efficiency and scalability.
  • • **Revenue Process Enablement & Optimization:** You will be the key liaison between our GTM strategy and its system-level implementation. This involves translating strategic objectives into functional system logic. Specific areas of focus include designing and optimizing lead routing and territory logic to ensure efficient sales engagement, refining opportunity stages and the forecasting framework to provide accurate business insights, configuring CPQ processes and pricing structures to support diverse deal complexities, and ensuring a seamless data flow from contract generation through billing and revenue recognition. You will also develop and refine expansion and customer lifecycle workflows to support customer retention and growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or GTM Systems roles, with a significant focus on Salesforce.
  • • Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including designing scalable data models, complex automation (Flows, Apex), and security models (beyond basic administration).
  • • Proven experience implementing and integrating CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and billing systems with Salesforce.
  • • Strong systems thinking capabilities, with the ability to design end-to-end solutions and hands-on build complex configurations and automations.
  • • Experience operating and building systems within a high-growth startup or technology company environment.
