Manager Sales

📋 Description

• • As a Manager Sales at Solenis LLC, you will drive market penetration and revenue growth in the Pulp & Paper and Water industries across your assigned territory in Canada, British Columbia (Remote). This role is critical to expanding Solenis’ presence by identifying new customers, growing existing accounts, and reinforcing the Solenis brand in a competitive marketplace.
• • Day to day, you will develop and execute business development strategies, create annual sales plans aligned with revenue targets, manage and prioritize your sales funnel in SFDC, sell new business and applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Corporate Accounts, Regional Marketing, Pricing, Applications), and ensure customer satisfaction to maximize retention and growth.
