  • • Lead and scale a high-performing team of Outbound Sales Development Representatives across the EMEA region, driving pipeline generation for Remote’s global employment platform in one of the fastest-growing SaaS categories on earth.
  • • Own the entire EMEA outbound motion—from target-account selection and messaging strategy to cadence optimisation—ensuring predictable, repeatable and accelerating pipeline creation that directly fuels Remote’s revenue engine.
  • • Coach, mentor and develop a distributed team of SDRs who sit in multiple countries and time-zones; run weekly 1:1s, call-reviews, pipeline clinics and career-development plans that turn ambitious early-career sellers into future Account Executives and leaders.
  • • Partner tightly with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations and Product Marketing to localise campaigns for EMEA markets, translate Remote’s value proposition into region-specific pain points, and iterate on messaging that resonates with CFOs, Heads of People and VP Engineering from seed-stage start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises.
  • • Build and refine data-driven playbooks that combine intent data, technographics, firmographics and trigger events to identify high-propensity accounts, prioritise outreach and maximise conversion from lead to opportunity.
  • • Instrument the team’s tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, 6sense, Chili Piper, etc.) to automate low-value tasks, surface actionable insights and give reps more time for high-impact conversations.
  • • Report weekly on leading indicators (activity, connect rates, meeting-set rates) and lagging indicators (pipeline value, win-rate influence, CAC payback) to the VP Sales and the broader exec team; use these insights to re-allocate resources, adjust quotas and double-down on winning motions.
  • • Act as a cultural amplifier for Remote’s “work from anywhere” ethos: model asynchronous communication, documentation-first decision making and inclusive leadership practices that allow every teammate—regardless of geography—to thrive.
  • • Collaborate with Enablement to design onboarding programmes that shrink ramp time to <30 days for new SDRs, and with People Ops to create equitable promotion paths that retain top talent in a hyper-competitive market.
  • • Experiment continuously: pilot new outbound channels (video, gifting, communities, partnerships), A/B test subject lines and call openers, and share learnings across the global SDR org to raise the bar for everyone.
  • • Represent Remote at virtual and in-person EMEA events, user groups and meet-ups, building brand awareness and sourcing net-new pipeline while showcasing the company’s thought leadership in remote-first employment.
  • • Champion customer-obsession: ensure every outbound touch-point delivers genuine value—whether that is a benchmarking report, a compliance checklist or an invite to a private round-table—so prospects associate Remote with insight, not spam.
  • • Contribute to Remote’s broader mission of unlocking global talent by providing feedback to Product on regional hiring pain points, to Marketing on content gaps, and to Leadership on expansion opportunities into new EMEA geos.
  • • Manage quarterly forecasting, budgeting and head-count planning for the EMEA SDR org, balancing aggressive growth targets with sustainable burn and rep wellbeing.
  • • Celebrate wins loudly and learn from losses quickly: foster a culture where experimentation, transparency and psychological safety are the default, ensuring the team ships creative campaigns without fear of failure.
