📋 Description
- • As a Manager, Sales Development (German Speaking) at Remote Technologies Inc., you will lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive predictable pipeline generation and support internal talent growth for the EMEA region, playing a critical role in Remote’s global employment platform mission.
- • Day to day, you will coach SDRs to meet outbound goals, develop team skills, improve sales processes and content, collaborate with Sales Directors and Marketing on pipeline quality and campaigns, report on key metrics, and hire and onboard new SDR talent.
- • You will join a fully remote, globally distributed team spanning 6 continents, working within Remote’s Sales organization that values innovation, automation, and AI integration, with a culture built on asynchronous work, inclusivity, and employee empowerment.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in scaling SDR teams, deepen your sales operations and strategic influence abilities, and grow your impact on global go-to-market initiatives while advancing your career in a high-growth tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience leading Sales Development Representatives at a fast growing tech company
- • Track record of success driving pipeline through inbound and outbound channels
- • Strong sales acumen — experience in a closing role strongly preferred
- • Familiarity with a robust tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LeadIQ, and more)
- • Passion for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring top talent
- • Fluent in English & German or Dutch
