  • • As the Manager, Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for setting a clear vision and strategy for the Enterprise SDR team, ensuring alignment with Matillion's overall go-to-market objectives and Enterprise sales leadership. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
  • • You will directly manage, mentor, and coach a team of Enterprise SDRs, focusing on developing their skills in prospecting, qualification, and objection handling.
