• • As a Manager, Sales Engineering at Contrast Security, you will lead and mentor a team of Sales Engineers to drive technical sales success in the application security space. This player-coach role is critical for aligning technical expertise with sales objectives, ensuring the team can effectively communicate the value of Contrast’s Application Detection and Response (ADR) platform to technical and business stakeholders.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring a high-performing team of Sales Engineers, providing technical guidance and resource management for the sales pipeline, setting and tracking team goals and metrics, serving as the primary technical escalation point for complex customer issues, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership to drive strategic initiatives. You will also standardize sales engineering processes, tools, and materials, and lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding efforts for new team members.
