- • The Manager, Sales Excellence designs, governs, and continuously improves how LanguageLine sells by owning sales motion design, ensuring sales methodology, messaging, content, and seller behavior are aligned and consistently executed across the buyer journey.
- • Day to day, the role leads the strategy, development, and execution of sales and client-facing training programs, owns sales manager coaching methodology, optimizes the learning management system (Kinetics), and partners with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Client Success to drive measurable improvements in seller effectiveness and revenue outcomes.
- • The team operates within the Marketing department, reporting to the Vice President, Product Marketing & Client Success, and manages two direct reports while collaborating cross-functionally to enable sellers in complex, high-stakes customer environments.
- • The person can learn and achieve mastery in sales enablement, sales motion design, coaching methodology, learning platform optimization, and data-driven impact measurement, while developing leadership skills in influencing without authority and driving organizational change.
