- • As a Manager, Sales for Southeast Asia/Greater China at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will lead and build a high-performing team of quota-carrying Account Executives focused on hunting net new business in a fast-paced, global environment. This role is critical to driving predictable over-achievement of sales targets and scaling Remote’s global employment platform across key APAC markets.
- • Day to day, you will partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to refine GTM strategy, mentor direct reports on pipeline building and deal closure, conduct performance reviews, provide weekly and quarterly reporting on pipeline and forecast hygiene, and guide the team in identifying and prioritizing prospects using data-driven sales practices and tools like Salesforce.
- • You will join a fully remote, globally distributed team spanning 6 continents, where innovation, automation, and AI are embedded in every role. Remote’s mission is to simplify global employment compliance, enabling businesses to hire, pay, and manage international teams fairly and compliantly, with a culture rooted in async work, ownership, and life-work balance.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in scaling geographically distributed sales teams, refine scalable and measurable sales processes, deepen your strategic execution in GTM planning, and grow your ability to foster career development and internal mobility — all while contributing to Remote’s vision of redefining the future of work.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of mentoring direct reports on pipeline building, opportunity advancement, and closing best practices
- • Experience managing a team of quota-carrying Account Executives focused on hunting for net new business
- • Experience with Salesforce and tools used for performing the Account Executive function
- • Proven ability to hire and mature a growing team of geographically distributed Account Executives
- • Experience working in fast-paced, startup-like environments
- • Writes and speaks fluent English
