- • Manager, Sales - Southeast Asia/ Greater China is a leadership role focused on building and scaling a high-performing hunter sales team to drive net new business growth in key APAC markets.
- • Day to day: Lead and mentor a team of 7 Account Executives, partner with cross-functional teams on GTM strategy, conduct performance reviews, provide weekly/quarterly reporting, refine scalable sales processes, and guide the team in identifying and prioritizing prospects using data-driven practices.

- • Proven track record of mentoring direct reports on pipeline building, opportunity advancement, and closing best practices
- • Experience managing a team of quota-carrying Account Executives focused on hunting for net new business
- • Ability to foster cross-functional alignment and coordination across teams to ensure strategic goal achievement
- • Consistently deliver against targets to ensure company and team goals are met sustainably
- • Experience with sales tools and Salesforce knowledge for performing Account Executive functions
- • Proven ability to hire and mature a growing team of geographically distributed Account Executives
