Understanding and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, such as RESPA, TILA, and others relevant to mortgage servicing, will be a paramount responsibility.
- • You will be the guardian of the entire loan lifecycle servicing events, from origination through payoff, ensuring that every stage is managed correctly. This includes managing escrow accounts, processing modifications, handling foreclosures, and other critical lifecycle events with diligence and accuracy.
- • Maintaining structured oversight of vendor execution is a core tenet of this position. You will develop and implement performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback to sub-servicers to drive continuous improvement. This structured approach ensures accountability and alignment with GoodLeap's strategic objectives.
- • This role requires a keen eye for detail and a robust understanding of the technical aspects of loan servicing systems and processes. You will be expected to analyze operational data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
