  • • **Lead a High-Performing Sales Team**: Day-to-day, you will oversee and mentor a team of SMB sales professionals, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and equipped to achieve repeatable, predictable revenue growth. This includes conducting regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and coaching sessions to develop their skills and drive performance. You will also be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and scaling the team with a repeatable playbook, ensuring each team member is set up for success.
  • • **Drive Revenue Growth and Strategic Execution**: You will own and drive the revenue target for your region, developing and executing sales strategies to not only meet but exceed goals. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying key opportunities, and collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to optimize the sales funnel. You will also provide weekly forecasting on team performance, ensuring transparency and accountability across the board.
  • • **Optimize Sales Processes and Cross-Functional Collaboration**: A critical part of your role will be identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and working with other departments to implement improvements. You will collaborate closely with marketing to generate inbound demand and with customer success to ensure seamless handoffs and retention.
