📋 Description

  • Manage daily operations of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring timely execution and data accuracy across all initiatives.
  • Supervise and coach a small team on Total Rewards processes, tools, compliance standards, and best practices to maintain operational excellence.
  • Support annual compensation planning cycles, including salary benchmarking, merit increase allocations, and bonus structure administration.
  • Oversee benefits renewals and administration, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and wellness programs, ensuring seamless transition and employee communication.
  • Ensure full adherence to internal policies and external regulations such as ACA and ERISA, maintaining accurate documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance teams to align compensation and benefits strategies with organizational goals and budgetary constraints.
  • Resolve escalated employee inquiries related to pay, benefits eligibility, deductions, and plan changes with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor key operational metrics for compensation and benefits programs and recommend data-driven process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Provide training, development, and ongoing support to team members to foster high performance, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, deliver constructive feedback, and identify individualized opportunities for career advancement and skill development.
  • Translate strategic HR initiatives into actionable operational plans, ensuring alignment between organizational objectives and Total Rewards execution.
  • Utilize AI tools skillfully to enhance workflow automation, data analysis, and decision-making within compensation and benefits operations.
  • Present work outcomes to internal stakeholders and external consultants, contributing insights to industry forums and professional conferences as required.
  • Maintain cross-functional collaboration with HR partners to drive consistency, transparency, and equity in workforce reward strategies.
