• • Manage daily operations of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring timely execution and data accuracy across all initiatives.
• • Supervise and coach a small team on Total Rewards processes, tools, compliance standards, and best practices to maintain operational excellence.
• • Support annual compensation planning cycles, including salary benchmarking, merit increase allocations, and bonus structure administration.
• • Oversee benefits renewals and administration, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and wellness programs, ensuring seamless transition and employee communication.
• • Ensure full adherence to internal policies and external regulations such as ACA and ERISA, maintaining accurate documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
• • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance teams to align compensation and benefits strategies with organizational goals and budgetary constraints.
• • Resolve escalated employee inquiries related to pay, benefits eligibility, deductions, and plan changes with accuracy and timeliness.
• • Monitor key operational metrics for compensation and benefits programs and recommend data-driven process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• • Provide training, development, and ongoing support to team members to foster high performance, engagement, and professional growth.
• • Conduct regular performance reviews, deliver constructive feedback, and identify individualized opportunities for career advancement and skill development.
