  • • Lead solution consulting efforts for Employ’s three ATS platforms—Jobvite, Lever, and JazzHR—supporting enterprise and mid-market customers in maximizing platform adoption and ROI.
  • • Partner with sales teams to conduct product demonstrations, technical deep dives, and customized solution presentations tailored to client hiring workflows and pain points.
  • • Translate complex product capabilities into clear business value for HR leaders, hiring managers, and talent acquisition teams across diverse industries.
  • • Design and deliver implementation roadmaps that align client goals with Employ’s AI Companions and automation features to reduce administrative burden on recruiters.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle and post-sale onboarding, ensuring seamless transition from evaluation to live deployment.
  • • Gather and synthesize customer feedback on product functionality, user experience, and workflow gaps to inform product development priorities.
  • • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to escalate critical issues, advocate for feature enhancements, and improve overall customer outcomes.
  • • Develop and maintain standardized solution playbooks, battle cards, and training materials to enable sales and support teams across regions.
  • • Represent Employ at industry events, webinars, and customer forums to showcase thought leadership in talent acquisition technology and AI-driven hiring innovation.
  • • Maintain deep expertise in the global talent acquisition landscape, including compliance trends, diversity hiring initiatives, and evolving employer branding strategies.
  • • Mentor and coach junior solution consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning, customer obsession, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • • Track and report on key performance metrics including win rates, solution adoption rates, and customer satisfaction scores to drive team effectiveness.
  • • Ensure all customer interactions reflect Employ’s people-first philosophy by prioritizing empathy, transparency, and long-term partnership over short-term sales targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in solution consulting, pre-sales engineering, or customer-facing technical sales within HR tech, ATS, or SaaS platforms
  • • Demonstrated ability to lead complex product demonstrations and tailor solutions to diverse hiring workflows across enterprise organizations
  • • Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
