- • Manager/Sr. Manager, Sales Assist role at Zapier focused on leading a team that drives inbound sales, customer expansion, and faster sales cycles through Live Chat, Calls, and Email for core customer segments.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and coaching a team of 10+ Sales Assist Representatives, driving revenue and growth goals, identifying and running high-impact programs to improve conversion and productivity, recruiting and onboarding talent, coaching through feedback and deal reviews, partnering with sales/growth/data teams, leading change management, overseeing forecasting and reporting using HubSpot and Gong, championing customer voice, and evolving Sales-Assist strategy and playbooks.
- • Zapier is a fast-growing, profitable, impact-driven company that builds and uses automation daily to make work more efficient, creative, and human; the Sales-Assist team serves as a dedicated sales point of contact for core customers evaluating and buying Zapier’s products.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of SaaS growth sales or upsell experience, ideally with horizontal platforms and AI/automation solutions.
- • 2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales or upsell teams in fast-growing or high-velocity environments.
- • Experience designing and operationalizing growth programs, sales plays, or GTM experiments that drive pipeline, expansion, conversion, or revenue efficiency.
- • Comfortable engaging with technical and business audiences with credibility in integrations, APIs, compliance, and scalability.
- • Strong sense of program ownership and ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives from idea to rollout to measurable impact.
- • Strong communicator able to align internal stakeholders and build rapport with executives across customer organizations.
