📋 Description

  • As Manager of Start-Up Services within the Network Supply Chain Management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing new projects from planning and design through Go-Live, ensuring seamless integration of capital equipment, purchased services, and operational initiatives across the health network.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing project milestones and performance metrics, managing multiple priorities while leading and delegating to the Start-Up team, collaborating with clinical and non-clinical teams to operationalize essential services, and serving as a key liaison between Supply Chain Core Team and other Network departments.
  • You will join Lehigh Valley Health Network, a nationally recognized, Magnet-designated health system ranked among the 'Best Hospitals' by U.S. News & World Report for 23 consecutive years, known for its commitment to patient safety, nursing excellence, and innovative healthcare delivery across multiple hospital campuses.
