- • The Manager, Transaction Management leads the team responsible for executing post-close transactions with investors and warehouse lenders, ensuring loans are delivered, funded, and purchased accurately and on time. This role is critical to Zillow Home Loans’ operational excellence in the mortgage lending process, directly impacting loan quality, investor satisfaction, and financial performance.
- • Day to day, the person will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Transaction Management team; manage workload and staffing based on pipeline volume; oversee the end-to-end post-close transaction lifecycle; act as the primary operational contact for investors and warehouse lenders; partner with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and reduce loan defects; monitor KPIs such as shipped-not-purchased and time-to-purchase; investigate root causes of recurring issues; ensure TM procedures are documented and compliant; and collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering on automation and reporting improvements.
