📋 Description

• • Lead day-to-day operations for Circle’s Treasury Shared Services function, ensuring accurate, timely, and controlled execution of customer fund movements and banking-related workflows.
• • Oversee processes such as returns, redemptions, transaction investigations, and exception management while maintaining strong operational discipline and risk controls.
• • Manage a team of analysts, serve as a key escalation point for operational issues, and partner cross-functionally with Banking, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve complex scenarios.
• • Drive operational consistency, improve processes and tooling, and embed automation and AI-assisted workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational quality across global operations.
