📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal of accounts to drive ACV growth and renewal rates.
• Translate customers’ strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases and evangelize Process Intelligence to prospects and customers at all levels.
• Communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap directly to C-Level executives in partnership with sales leadership and Celonis executives.
• Serve as an executive sponsor for the customer portfolio, solidifying Celonis as a strategic business transformation platform.
• Lead customers through the Celonis Value Journey, supporting deployment of new features, apps, and products across the customer base.
• Architect improvement measures and manage change within the customer base while pioneering new methodologies within the Value Engineering organization.
• Direct Celonis Value Engineering, Services, and Ecosystem resources to create durable value for customers throughout their journey.
• Host Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to communicate realized value and performance to senior management and C-level stakeholders.
• Recruit high-caliber Value Engineers and set a standard for candidate excellence across the team.
• Develop world-class talent through hands-on engagement, continuous feedback, and active mentorship.
• Lead by example and consistently embody Celonis Leadership Principles: lead with purpose, facilitate greatness, embrace difference, and cultivate balance.
• Allocate Celonis resources effectively to meet company targets for sales, renewals, value realization, and adoption.
• Proactively communicate successes and risks within the organization to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
• Demonstrate deep business domain expertise in areas such as Finance or Supply Chain, with experience in strategic transformation initiatives like Shared Services or System Transformation.
• Build compelling value roadmaps for customers by aligning Celonis Process Intelligence capabilities with their strategic goals.
• Guide customer IT teams through their Celonis journey, demonstrating hands-on use of dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows to accelerate value realization.
• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, and expectations while leveraging Celonis Ecosystem partners to maximize impact.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level communications to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on value outcomes.
• Apply the Celonis value selling methodology across the customer journey: discovery, qualification, value assessment, and Proof of Value (PoV) development.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement use cases that drive operational improvements, establish new operating models, and train users to sustain value and enable renewal/expansion.
• Qualify all Value Engineering engagements, conduct direct customer discovery, allocate resources efficiently, and champion the value selling methodology with customers.
• Lead by example with hands-on involvement in all aspects of the role, serving as a role model for the organization and the broader team.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated business domain expertise in Finance or Supply Chain with experience in strategic transformation initiatives
• Proven track record in guiding customers through Process Intelligence implementation, including dashboard and app development
• Experience applying Celonis value selling methodology across discovery, qualification, value assessment, and PoV stages
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams with hands-on mentorship and talent development
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
• Proven project management skills to plan, scope, and deliver value initiatives on timeline and within expectations
