📋 Description
- • As a VIP Acquisition Manager at DraftKings, you will play a key role in scaling the high-end player base by driving onboarding, acquisition, and activation strategies for VIP customers.
- • You will design and execute regional player acquisition events, lead go-to-market strategies in newly launched gaming states, and execute business plans that support regional revenue and profit goals.
- • You will lead a team of New Business Executives and partner with internal teams to ensure alignment with compliance, responsible gaming, and brand guidelines while representing the company at key events to build brand presence.
- • You will prospect and acquire new VIP players through targeted outreach and relationship-building, contribute to VIP promotions and offers, and ensure a seamless onboarding journey that builds long-term loyalty and advocacy.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3+ years of experience in Casino Marketing or a high-touch customer-facing role within the gaming industry.
- • Demonstrated success working with VIP or high-net-worth clientele.
- • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- • Willingness to travel frequently and work evenings and weekends to support player needs.
- • Deep understanding of responsible gaming policies and regulatory compliance.
- • Experience operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
