• • The Manager, Virtual Imaging Support - RN leads a team responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered virtual imaging and referral support, ensuring seamless coordination of imaging services and specialty referrals.
• • Day to day, the manager oversees team operations, provides clinical guidance as an RN, manages performance and quality metrics, ensures timely appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and medical record requests, and communicates updates to providers and members.
• • The team operates within Included Health’s broader care coordination function, supporting internal and external referrals for specialty and imaging services, and aligns with the company’s mission to improve access to care through integrated, technology-enabled health solutions.
• • In this role, the person can develop leadership and operational management skills, deepen expertise in healthcare referral processes and imaging workflows, enhance clinical decision-making in a virtual setting, and contribute to improving patient outcomes and care efficiency at scale.
