📋 Description

• As Manager, Web Strategy at WorkWave LLC, you will take complete ownership of the company’s digital portfolio, which includes four distinct websites, translating business goals into exceptional user experiences that drive engagement, lead quality, and revenue.
• You will manage a dedicated Senior Web Developer and an SEO Manager, overseeing the full web ecosystem from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives across all properties.
• You will work extensively with cross-functional teams to coordinate content, design, development, and SEO initiatives, maintaining consistency and performance across all digital touchpoints.
• The role is critical to WorkWave’s online presence, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution to optimize digital performance and support company growth.
• You will have the opportunity to shape the long-term web strategy, improve site performance, and lead initiatives that directly impact lead generation and customer acquisition.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing websites or digital platforms, including oversight of developers and SEO specialists.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align web initiatives with business goals such as lead quality, engagement, and revenue.
• Demonstrated ability to execute and manage web projects, including content, design, and technical updates.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, IT) to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
