- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary client leader, building trusted advisory relationships with senior executives at health plans, health systems, CINs, and provider groups; facilitating executive workshops, steering committee sessions, and strategic planning meetings; and translating client needs into structured consulting approaches and actionable strategies.
- • The role involves leading the development of enterprise payer and provider strategies, including market expansion and portfolio diversification, enterprise growth planning and scenario modeling, organizational strategy and transformation roadmaps, and care model, service line, and population health strategy, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative analyses into strategic frameworks and executive recommendations.
- • The consultant will lead assessment, design, and implementation planning for payer–provider partnerships, including joint ventures, delegated arrangements, risk-bearing entities, clinically integrated networks, provider enablement models, ACO formation, and value-based care partnerships, while advising clients on organizational capabilities, partnership governance, and integration requirements.

- • Team leadership and talent development are key aspects, involving managing and mentoring Associates and Senior Associates through coaching, feedback, and skill development; fostering a culture of structured problem solving, analytic rigor, quality, and collaboration; and participating in recruiting and professional development initiatives.
- • The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting toolkit, deep healthcare market knowledge across payers and providers, and demonstrated experience designing and executing strategic partnerships and integration strategies, with willingness to travel consistently (50%) depending on project requirements and client expectations.
- • BRG’s Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) practice provides end-to-end advisory support to healthcare providers, payers, investors, and other stakeholders navigating complex strategic, operational, financial, and clinical challenges, led by seasoned healthcare executives, operators, and clinicians.
- • The firm’s four core service offerings—Business Transformation Advisory, Margin & Operational Improvement, Clinical & Quality Transformation, and AI & Digital Solutions—enable IHS to partner with organizations to drive sustainable performance improvement and long-term growth through strategic growth design, operating model transformation, AI and digital enablement, clinical quality and patient care optimization, and revenue strategy.
- • Business Transformation Advisory specifically partners with healthcare organizations to define enterprise-wide strategy and align financial, clinical, and operational priorities to long-term objectives, spanning enterprise and service line strategy, population health and value-based care models, long-range financial forecasting, and regulatory and alternative payment methodologies.
- • The role offers the opportunity to work within a culture of agility and connectivity at BRG, where professionals include specialist consultants, industry experts, renowned academics, and leading-edge data scientists who bring diverse real-world experience, data, and human and artificial intelligence to address complex global challenges.
