- • Partner directly with customers to provide technical expertise and resolve complex implementation and integration challenges for TeamDynamix solutions.
- • Design, build, configure, and maintain integrations between TeamDynamix platforms and client systems using technical standards and protocols.
- • Identify business efficiency opportunities and implement automated technology solutions that solve client-specific operational challenges.
- • Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements by collaborating closely with clients to translate business needs into scalable, functional solutions.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time to ensure minimal disruption and high customer satisfaction during and after deployments.
- • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the Professional Services team, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and solution design.
- • Collaborate with Professional Services leadership to influence the strategic direction and roadmap of the division based on customer feedback and technical trends.
- • Work closely with Sales teams to improve solution scoping, refine proposal accuracy, and help create detailed and realistic Statements of Work (SOWs).
- • Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance team efficiency, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness across client engagements.
- • Deliver high-quality consulting services while maintaining trusted, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and reliability.
- • Provide regular, clear project updates to both internal stakeholders and client personnel, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
- • Operate as a remote-first consultant with autonomy to manage client engagements, technical workflows, and deliverables without onsite supervision.
- • Apply broad technical expertise across software engineering, database reporting, and system integration to develop innovative solutions for diverse client environments.
- • Balance technical depth with consultative communication to advise both technical teams and executive-level client stakeholders effectively.
- • Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction while managing multiple competing priorities across concurrent client projects.
- • Contribute to a collaborative, feedback-driven culture by participating in regular performance reviews and providing input on team and process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, database report writing, or technical solution development
- • 7–10+ years of experience within computer technology, technical services, or related fields
- • Experience working directly with customers in a technical consulting or support capacity
- • Ability to define business requirements and translate them into creative, scalable technical solutions
- • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage highly complex issues independently
