- • Lead and manage a team of consultants across multiple healthcare consulting projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction while driving business development and strategic planning for Premier’s Community Health Advisory Team.
- • Oversee complex consulting engagements focused on operations improvement, clinical transformation, and revenue cycle management, including analyzing client operations, identifying inefficiencies, and developing actionable strategies to enhance clinical workflows and streamline healthcare delivery.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for C-suite clients, manage relationships, and collaborate with internal departments (Commercial, Technology, Marketing, Finance, HR) to drive revenue growth and operational support.
- • Lead proposal development, scoping, costing, and defining deliverables; create thought leadership content (white papers, case studies, presentations); represent the firm at industry conferences to build brand awareness and market credibility.
- • Manage project budgets, track and report KPIs, implement best practices for project management, risk mitigation, and quality control; mentor and develop consulting staff, foster a culture of learning, and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.
- • Drive strategic planning and business development by identifying growth opportunities in existing accounts and new markets; advise clients on regulatory and compliance challenges while ensuring best practices in clinical standards and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of applicable work experience in healthcare consulting or related fields
- • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field (MBA, MHA, MPH) preferred
- • Proven experience managing large, complex healthcare consulting engagements across multiple domains (strategy, operations, technology, clinical care) with at least 5 years in a leadership or partner-level role
