- • As Managing Director of Digital Infrastructure Investment Banking at Agentis Capital, you will lead and grow the firm’s digital infrastructure practice, playing a pivotal role in originating financial advisory mandates and executing SPAC/de-SPAC transactions across North America.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing M&A opportunities in data centers, fiber, and towers; leading pitch presentations to win mandates; serving as the primary client contact for C-suite executives, investors, and government officials; overseeing end-to-end deal execution; and mentoring junior bankers while supporting talent recruitment and development.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in digital infrastructure advisory, lead high-profile transactions, shape the growth of a specialized practice, and advance toward partnership through structured leadership development, mentorship from Partners, and co-investment opportunities alongside senior leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum ten years of investment banking or financial advisory experience with a digital infrastructure focus (data centers, fiber, and towers)
- • Proven track record in origination, business development, and client relationship management within investment banking
- • Demonstrated ability to structure, execute, and close sell-side M&A and related advisory mandates
- • Familiarity with SPAC/de-SPAC processes and public company M&A is strongly preferred
- • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
