• • As the Managing Director of Unispace’s New York studio, you will provide strategic leadership and operational direction to drive business growth, foster high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional client service aligned with Unispace’s full methodology. This role is pivotal in shaping the studio’s market presence, developing localized strategies, and nurturing a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• • Day to day, you will establish and lead high-performing teams, develop and execute strategic plans focused on resource allocation and client acquisition, drive market presence as a visible ambassador, build strategic client relationships, identify new business opportunities, oversee financial reporting and profitability, manage risk, and ensure seamless collaboration across disciplines, studios, and corporate functions while overseeing key systems like Salesforce, Procore, and Revit.
