  • • Lead and manage a team of consultants across multiple healthcare consulting projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction while driving business development and strategic planning for Premier Inc.'s Community Health solution line.
  • • Oversee consulting delivery focused on operations improvement, clinical transformation, and revenue cycle management, including analyzing client operations, identifying inefficiencies, developing actionable strategies, and guiding change management initiatives.
  • • Provide mentorship and career development for consulting staff, direct resource allocation and staffing, and serve as the primary point of contact for C-suite clients to foster long-term relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • • Collaborate with internal departments (Commercial, Technology, Marketing, Finance, HR) to align efforts, enhance operational support, and drive revenue growth across healthcare consulting engagements.
  • • Lead proposal development, scoping, costing, and deliverables definition; create thought leadership content (white papers, case studies, presentations); and represent Premier at industry events to build brand awareness and market credibility.
  • • Manage project budgets, track and report KPIs, implement risk mitigation and quality control best practices, and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery while maintaining financial oversight and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 12 or more years of applicable experience in healthcare consulting, operations improvement, clinical transformation, or revenue cycle management.
  • • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field highly preferred.
  • • Proven expertise in operations improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, with strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • • Demonstrated proficiency in project management, risk mitigation, quality control, and financial acumen in managing project budgets and forecasts.
  • • Excellent communication and client management skills, with ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences and build long-term relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
  • • Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or healthcare-related credentials are preferred.
