📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end operational strategy, execution, and performance of Verity Solutions, including Fusebox, Dromos, and PipelineRx, to deliver scalable, technology-enabled solutions for health systems and pharmacy partners.
• Define and execute a multi-year operational plan aligned with enterprise goals and the broader Health System Services strategy, ensuring alignment across product, operations, regulatory, and client-facing teams.
• Establish clear performance metrics, governance structures, and operating rhythms to drive accountability, measurable results, and continuous improvement across all business units.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Verity Solutions’ portfolio, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and consistent delivery of 340B services, technology-enabled solutions, and emerging product lines.
• Optimize operational performance by enhancing quality, efficiency, and service delivery outcomes while scaling operations to meet current demands and future growth objectives.
• Develop and implement new operational procedures, systems, and workflows to improve scalability, consistency, and efficiency across the organization.
• Continuously assess and improve existing processes using data, analytics, and industry best practices to drive operational excellence and informed decision-making.
• Partner with Business Analytics and cross-functional teams to strengthen insights, reporting, and data-driven decision capabilities across the business.
• Drive integration and alignment across Verity Solutions’ portfolio to create a cohesive, differentiated market offering with standardized operating standards and client experiences.
• Identify and execute synergies across Fusebox, Dromos, and PipelineRx to enhance value delivery to clients and partners through shared capabilities and resources.
• Collaborate closely with Growth, Client Success, Pharmacy Services, and Strategic Planning teams to ensure operational execution aligns with go-to-market strategy and client needs.
• Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, influencing enterprise-wide strategy and decision-making with an enterprise mindset.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing leadership team across operations, product, and regulatory functions to build organizational capabilities that support innovation and sustained performance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and client-centricity across all levels of the organization.
• Ensure the organization is properly structured and resourced to support current operations and future expansion initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and operational standards across all service lines and geographic regions.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance optimization across the Verity Solutions portfolio.
• Translate executive priorities into actionable, medium- to long-term operational plans with clear milestones and ownership.
• Ensure consistent client experience and service delivery across all product lines and service offerings within Verity Solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 12+ years of experience in operations, healthcare services, or technology-enabled healthcare solutions
• Proven track record of leading large-scale operations and driving transformation in complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong experience in operational strategy, process improvement, and organizational design
• Demonstrated ability to scale operations while maintaining quality and client outcomes
• Experience working with health systems, specialty pharmacy, or 340B environments preferred

• Annual salary range of $203,600 - $339,300 USD
• Eligibility for annual bonus and long-term incentive plan
