  • • As a Manhattan Associates Transport Management system (MATM) expert at Fulfillment IQ (FIQ), you will be at the forefront of transforming supply chain technology. This full-time role, based in the USA with up to 50% travel, reports to the Implementation Practice Lead and is crucial for enhancing planning, optimizing dispatch costs, and boosting overall business performance in transportation management.
  • • At FIQ, we are an award-winning consultancy and technology partner dedicated to solving complex supply chain challenges for brands, retailers, and 3PLs. Our team comprises seasoned supply chain domain experts, engineers, and strategists who blend technical prowess with practical experience to deliver tangible results. We foster a culture of clear thinking, strong execution, and continuous innovation, making FIQ the ideal place for builders, thinkers, and doers who aspire to shape the future of supply chain solutions.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for the Manhattan Associates TMS, leading design initiatives and executing sophisticated supply chain and transportation strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving efficiency and effectiveness across our clients' logistics operations.
  • • You will be responsible for conducting and leading comprehensive design workshops, meticulously capturing business requirements, and evaluating complex business challenges within the supply chain domain. Based on these insights, you will architect and propose technology-leading solutions that address critical pain points and unlock new opportunities for optimization.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve collaborating closely with both business and IT stakeholders to develop robust TMS solution architectures. This ensures that the proposed solutions are not only technically sound but also seamlessly aligned with existing business requirements, processes, and workflows, guaranteeing a smooth and effective implementation.
  • • You will continuously analyze transportation performance data, leveraging analytics and metrics to identify areas for improvement. Based on this analysis, you will recommend specific configuration enhancements and process optimizations to drive greater efficiency and cost savings.

  • • You will lead the end-to-end implementation of MATM solutions, from the initial project conception and discovery phases through to final installation and post-go-live support. This includes managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
  • • A significant part of your responsibility will be to design, configure, and implement various functions within the Manhattan Associates TMS. This hands-on configuration work is essential for tailoring the system to meet specific client needs and business objectives.
  • • You will consistently strive to determine how to maximize business value and optimize costs through the effective utilization of the Manhattan Associates TMS. This involves identifying opportunities for leveraging advanced features and best practices to achieve superior outcomes for our clients.
  • • The role involves deep engagement in tactical supply chain planning processes, including carrier capacity planning, transportation planning, network planning, carrier management, fleet management, and driver management. Your insights will be crucial in optimizing these critical areas.
  • • You will also be involved in designing and validating integrations with external systems, such as carrier systems, Order Management Systems (OMS), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ensuring seamless data flow and operational coherence.
  • • Furthermore, you will contribute to the creation of essential project documentation, including training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user guides, to facilitate user adoption and ongoing system utilization.
  • • Your involvement will extend to finalizing cutover plans, validating deployment readiness, and actively participating in the go-live process to ensure a stable and successful transition to the new system.
