- • You will be responsible for prospecting and identifying potential automotive dealerships within your territory that align with Credit Acceptance's business model and growth objectives. This involves proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging market intelligence to uncover new business development opportunities.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be dedicated to account management and client services. You will build and maintain strategic, consultative relationships with your assigned dealers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. This includes understanding their unique business needs, challenges, and goals, and demonstrating how Credit Acceptance's products and services can contribute to their success.

- • Your success will be directly reflected in your compensation, which includes a base salary, uncapped monthly performance-based commission, and quarterly profit sharing, offering significant earning potential based on your impact.
