- • As a Market Coordinator for Ridealso Inc. in Miami, you will be a frontline ambassador for ALSO, an innovative electric mobility company dedicated to replacing car trips with affordable, enjoyable, and highly efficient small EVs. This field-based role is critical to launching and growing the brand in the Miami market through direct customer engagement, mobile demos, and community activations.
- • Day to day, you will deliver engaging customer experiences in mobile and fixed retail settings, educate prospects on ALSO vehicles, support demo rides and purchase consideration, assist with setup and breakdown of mobile events, operate and maintain the demo fleet (including driving a custom Rivian EV van), represent ALSO at community pop-ups, support retail hub operations, track inventory, and provide feedback to improve local market execution.
- • You will join a passionate, early-stage team of builders and innovators originally spun out of Rivian, working to redefine urban mobility through vertically integrated, delightful EVs. The Miami market is a key growth area, and your role will help establish ALSO’s presence through authentic community connections and high-touch brand experiences.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in experiential marketing, electric vehicle advocacy, retail operations, and community engagement. You’ll gain hands-on experience launching a disruptive brand in a competitive market, refine your sales and interpersonal skills, and have the opportunity to grow into greater responsibility as ALSO expands.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of experience in retail, events, sales, hospitality, brand ambassador, or customer-facing roles, with leadership experience a plus
- • Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 3 years of licensed driving experience, age 21+, and ability to pass background and motor vehicle screening
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to educate customers, tell compelling stories, and actively sell products
- • Comfort riding a bike in Miami and enthusiasm for engaging with the local community to build partnerships
- • Ability to work in a dynamic, field-based environment, including weekends and events, with a proactive, ownership-minded attitude
