- • In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key brand ambassador, responsible for driving significant growth in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) within your designated territory. You will be instrumental in forging strong partnerships with retailers, working collaboratively with regional retail leadership to implement effective strategies that boost product adoption, increase lease-to-own sales, and cultivate lasting brand loyalty. Your primary focus will be on expanding our market share and enhancing sell-through for our valued clients.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve consistent engagement with field leadership across our retail partners. You will articulate the compelling value propositions of Progressive Leasing and our solutions, ensuring alignment on mutual business objectives at the highest levels. A critical aspect of your role will be conducting comprehensive business reviews with retail partner field leadership. These reviews will be designed to pinpoint areas of opportunity, identify growth inhibitors, and collaboratively develop targeted strategies and tactical plans to overcome challenges and accelerate growth.
- • You will act as a key influencer, working closely with business leaders to motivate and guide their teams towards exceeding business commitments and driving channel sales. A significant part of your contribution will involve educating and informing retail teams about our diverse range of products, cutting-edge solutions, and available technologies that are designed to enhance channel performance. This educational component is crucial for ensuring our partners are fully equipped to leverage our offerings.
- • Cross-functional collaboration will be essential. You will work effectively with various internal teams to creatively resolve and assess a wide spectrum of issues, proposing innovative variations in approach to field and account management. Leveraging gathered insights and data, you will coordinate with people managers across the sales organization to ensure that necessary field support is provided to retail partner locations, optimizing operational efficiency and customer experience.
- • You will be responsible for creating strategic plans that are clear, concise, and executable across different teams, ensuring that all efforts are aligned towards achieving overarching business objectives. Proactive and effective utilization of tools and resources, including Salesforce.com, will be paramount for tracking activities, managing progress, and sharing insights. Your ability to consistently exceed GMV targets and increase LTO applications through strategic and practical execution will be a key performance indicator.
- • Furthermore, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans, meticulously measuring their effectiveness and their tangible impact on the business. Addressing and resolving compliance cases in a timely manner will also be part of your remit, ensuring that retailers accurately represent Progressive Leasing solutions and options. This role requires a commitment to up to 50% travel, which includes visiting retail stores within your territory to foster relationships and drive performance. Your ability to build successful business plans and secure commitments from leaders will be a cornerstone of your success in this role.
