- • ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Executive Director (MED) to lead its Massachusetts operations. This pivotal role is responsible for driving market performance across critical areas including growth, access to care, quality of services, team development, and financial outcomes. The MED will oversee Clinical Directors, Community Outreach efforts, and the state's Clinical Psychologist, ensuring the consistent delivery of excellent care and fostering sustainable growth for ANNA's mission-driven organization, which provides ABA services to young autistic children (under the age of 6) and their families using a neurodiversity-affirming, Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly expanding healthcare environment, contributing to the well-being of children and families across Massachusetts.
- • In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the market's growth strategy. This involves cultivating and expanding referral partnerships with a diverse range of community organizations, leveraging data analytics to identify and implement initiatives that enhance access to ANNA's specialized services. A key responsibility will be leading the successful launch of new centers and strategically expanding services throughout the state, ensuring ANNA's reach and impact grow. Furthermore, you will manage market-level payer relationships in close collaboration with the Market Clinical Services Director. This includes maintaining robust engagement with key payer partners, actively supporting contract negotiations, and coordinating timely and effective responses to payer inquiries, audits, and operational requirements, ensuring smooth financial and operational workflows.
- • You will take full ownership of the Massachusetts market's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement. This entails accurately forecasting service capacity, strategically allocating resources to meet defined financial targets, and ensuring the overall financial health of the market. You will work closely with Clinical Directors and the state's Clinical Psychologist to continuously enhance the delivery of diagnostic services and center-based ABA services. This collaborative effort will focus on optimizing key performance indicators such as service utilization, client access rates, and overall quality of care. A critical aspect of your role will be to maintain and implement scalable operational systems that are fully aligned with ANNA's established standard operating procedures across all clinics within the state, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- • As a servant-leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, including Clinical Directors, the Clinical Psychologist, and Community Engagement Specialists. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive, mission-driven culture that resonates with ANNA's values. You will partner closely with the Human Resources department on all aspects of talent management, including recruitment, retention strategies, and professional development initiatives for the market team. This includes leading market-level talent acquisition and performance management processes in close collaboration with HR and your direct reports, ensuring a motivated and skilled workforce.
- • A core focus of your role will be ensuring an exceptional family experience and maintaining the highest standards of care quality. This means guaranteeing timely access to services, overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical care across all Massachusetts centers, and promoting strong, consistent communication with families. You will be responsible for tracking key outcomes and satisfaction metrics, proactively addressing any escalations, and identifying and implementing strategic opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery and family engagement. Additionally, you will ensure strict adherence to all federal, state, and payer requirements, as well as ANNA's internal policies and procedures. This includes leading market-level audits, managing incident reporting processes, and overseeing emergency preparedness plans across all clinics, safeguarding the well-being of clients and staff.
- • This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development within a rapidly expanding organization. You will gain invaluable experience in scaling healthcare services, opening new facilities, and building robust community partnerships. The role provides exposure to strategic market planning, financial management in a healthcare context, and leading diverse, cross-functional teams.
