📋 Description
- • Own end-to-end marketing tracking and measurement setup across GTM (client and server-side), GA4, and marketing pixels including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, affiliate, native, and other channels.
- • Ensure new campaigns, product features, and landing pages are measurable from launch day by implementing and validating tracking configurations.
- • Maintain compliance with consent-driven privacy frameworks (GDPR, CMP logic) and align tracking practices with legal and technical constraints to preserve data integrity.
- • Analyze marketing performance beyond native platform dashboards by calculating key metrics such as ROAS, MER, CAC, and contribution margin, and link campaign outcomes to backend revenue and subscription behavior.
- • Conduct advanced cohort and CLTV analyses to uncover long-term customer value trends and inform retention and acquisition strategies.
- • Identify conversion drop-offs in the webshop funnel, quantify revenue impact, and segment performance by traffic source, device type, campaign, and user demographic to guide CRO initiatives.
- • Build, maintain, and document reliable marketing data models using SQL and dbt to standardize metric definitions and ensure consistency across reporting.
- • Deliver clear, actionable reporting dashboards and insights that stakeholders in Marketing, Tech, and Product can trust for strategic decision-making.
- • Serve as the critical bridge between Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to translate business questions into technical requirements and vice versa.
- • Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, validate data accuracy, and implement fixes to resolve attribution gaps caused by consent blocks, ad blockers, or pixel failures.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality, automation, and reporting efficiency across the marketing analytics stack.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align measurement strategies with product launches, promotional calendars, and seasonal campaigns.
- • Translate complex data findings into understandable narratives for non-technical audiences while maintaining analytical rigor.
- • Continuously evaluate new tools and methodologies for attribution and tracking, with a preference for solutions compatible with evolving privacy regulations.
- • Monitor and optimize the reliability of marketing data pipelines to ensure real-time and historical data accuracy for planning and retrospectives.
- • Support the growth of Glow25’s DTC e-commerce business by providing data-driven recommendations to optimize paid media spend, landing page performance, and customer journey efficiency.
- • Maintain up-to-date documentation of all tracking configurations, data models, and reporting logic for team scalability and knowledge transfer.
- • Advocate for data-first culture by promoting measurement discipline across marketing initiatives and fostering ownership of performance accountability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, ideally within a DTC or e-commerce environment with subscription models and paid traffic dynamics
- • Deep hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and marketing pixels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, affiliate, native, etc.) from implementation to troubleshooting
- • Strong SQL skills and proven experience using dbt or similar data transformation tools
- • Solid understanding of attribution frameworks, consent-based tracking (GDPR, CMP logic), and funnel/CRO analysis
- • Experience with attribution tools like Klar is a plus
- • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
