- • Join an exciting and rapidly growing Talent Acquisition and Growth Agency as our new Marketing Analyst | Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO-First). This is a unique opportunity to build and scale marketing channels from the ground up, transforming marketing into a measurable and significant revenue driver for our established business. You will work directly with leadership, including the Chief Growth Officer, to define and execute strategies that deliver tangible results.
- • As an SEO-First specialist, your core competency will be driving organic growth and optimizing our online presence. This role is highly analytical, with a strong emphasis on revenue and conversion optimization. We are looking for a strategic thinker who understands the intricate interplay between SEO, website performance, content strategy, paid advertising experiments, and the entire customer funnel.
- • This is not a role focused solely on social media engagement or content creation in isolation. Your success will be measured by your ability to integrate various digital marketing disciplines to achieve overarching business objectives. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing data-driven marketing campaigns that attract, engage, and convert our target audience.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of marketing operations within a small, agile team. This includes planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on all marketing initiatives. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across all digital touchpoints.
- • Key responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies, encompassing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. You will conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify optimization opportunities and inform content creation.
- • You will also be responsible for analyzing website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant platforms. This analysis will be the foundation for making data-backed recommendations to improve website performance and user experience.
- • Collaborate closely with content creators to ensure all content is SEO-optimized and aligned with target keywords and audience intent. You will guide content strategy based on SEO insights and performance data.
- • Plan and manage A/B tests for landing pages, ad copy, and other conversion elements to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- • Monitor and analyze the performance of paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads), providing insights and recommendations for optimization. While SEO is the primary focus, understanding how paid channels complement organic efforts is essential.
- • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), communicate progress to leadership, and demonstrate the impact of marketing activities on revenue.
- • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in SEO, digital marketing, and conversion rate optimization. Proactively identify new opportunities and technologies to enhance our marketing efforts.
