- • Build and scale a marketing analytics and attribution system to serve as the foundation for growth decisions and rapid channel scaling for Dressly, an AI-powered fashion styling app.
- • Own end-to-end growth analytics: define priorities, influence budget allocation, and shape data-driven marketing strategies that directly impact business growth.
- • Execute full-cycle performance analysis of marketing channels—from hypothesis generation and experimentation to insight extraction and scaling of high-performing tactics.
- • Identify new growth opportunities by optimizing conversion funnels, improving unit economics, and uncovering scalable levers for user acquisition and retention.
- • Adapt analytical frameworks and reporting structures to support hypergrowth environments with 2x–3x+ monthly growth rates.
- • Work with multiple data sources to measure marketing effectiveness, track KPIs, and ensure alignment between campaign execution and business outcomes.
- • Apply deep understanding of marketing attribution models, customer journey funnels, and core performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention, and ROAS.
- • Design and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments to validate hypotheses and drive product and marketing improvements.
- • Independently formulate data-backed hypotheses, set analytical priorities, and drive initiatives from concept to implementation without constant oversight.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and growth teams to integrate analytics into product development and marketing workflows.
- • Maintain and evolve BI dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into marketing performance for stakeholders.
- • Stay current with evolving digital marketing trends, attribution methodologies, and analytics best practices in fast-moving consumer tech environments.
- • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical team members to inform strategic decisions.
- • Support the scaling of Dressly as a leading AI-powered personal styling platform by ensuring marketing efforts are measurable, optimized, and aligned with product vision.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in marketing or growth analytics with hands-on work across multiple data sources
- • Deep understanding of marketing attribution models, customer funnels, and key performance metrics
- • Proficient in SQL and BI tools for data extraction, analysis, and visualization
- • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and growth experiments
- • Ability to independently generate hypotheses, set priorities, and drive initiatives to completion
- • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with 2x–3x+ monthly growth rates
