📋 Description
- • As a Marketing Analytics Manager at Drata, you will lead key initiatives in marketing analytics, partnering closely with marketing, sales, RevOps, product, and finance teams to elevate go-to-market performance insights through data-driven decision-making.
- • You will develop and maintain marketing dashboards, build and refine multi-touch attribution models, create forecasting models, and synthesize insights to guide budget allocation, campaign optimization, and long-term planning across the funnel.
- • You will work with AI-assisted BI tools, SQL, and platforms like Hockeystack, Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, and GA to ensure data quality, automate reporting, and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- • You will join a mission-driven, high-velocity culture at Drata that values trust, speed, and continuous growth, operating in a hybrid model in the San Francisco Bay Area with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday.
- • You will grow your expertise in advanced analytics, attribution, and GTM strategy while contributing to a company recognized for its workplace excellence and innovation in trust automation.
