- • Help translate product capabilities and releases into clear, outcome-focused narratives for clinicians, HME providers, and payors.
- • Create user-facing content including how-to guides, one-pagers, release notes, and quick-reference materials for new product features and workflows.
- • Develop and maintain a library of educational resources such as instructional videos, product demos, and written guides tailored to key user groups.
- • Partner with demand generation, customer marketing, and brand teams to design and support campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
- • Support go-to-market planning and execution for new feature releases by coordinating timelines and deliverables across product, sales, and customer success teams.
- • Build sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, and competitive one-pagers to help internal teams articulate product value.
- • Contribute to campaign execution across multiple channels including email, in-app messaging, and content platforms, gaining hands-on experience with the full campaign lifecycle.
- • Monitor user feedback and questions to identify content gaps and inform evolving messaging priorities.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling communication of product value.
- • Use data and metrics to assess campaign performance and refine content strategies based on user behavior and engagement trends.
- • Stay current with marketing tools and AI-powered platforms to improve efficiency in content creation and workflow automation.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of the Home Medical Equipment (HME) and healthcare ordering ecosystem to align messaging with clinician, supplier, and patient workflows.
- • Work independently to identify opportunities, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality marketing assets without constant oversight.
- • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with evolving priorities and tight deadlines.
- • Contribute to a remote-first culture by actively engaging with team members across time zones and locations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, content marketing, customer success, demand generation, or a related role for a B2B technology company
- • Exceptional written communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex information into clear, compelling narratives
- • Analytical and comfortable pulling data, reviewing metrics, and drawing insights from different datasets to create campaigns and assess performance
- • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • A self-starter who takes initiative and figures things out independently
- • Collaborative by nature, with a track record of working effectively across functions
