  • • As a Marketing Associate on the Brand Marketing team, you will be instrumental in bringing our marketing campaigns to life across various channels designed to reach and support patients. This role is a key component of our Marketing team, which is dedicated to patient-facing communications and campaigns that foster awareness, drive acquisition, enhance engagement, and promote overall growth. Your primary responsibility will be to operationalize marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless campaign execution by coordinating effectively with performance marketing, creative teams, and cross-functional partners. This involves meticulous project management from the initial brief through to campaign launch, ensuring efficiency and smooth operation.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Marketing Managers to provide comprehensive support for campaign execution, maintain robust marketing processes, and contribute to the expansion of emerging marketing channels such as TikTok and Snapchat. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our marketing efforts are well-organized, efficiently managed, and effectively executed.
  • • **Campaign Execution & Coordination:** You will actively support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across both brand and performance marketing channels. This includes coordinating the successful launch of cross-functional campaigns, liaising with creative, performance marketing, product, and operations teams. A key part of your role will be to draft and manage creative briefs, ensuring that campaign objectives, messaging requirements, and technical specifications are clearly defined to facilitate exceptional creative output. You will also assist in the creative development process by coordinating review cycles, consolidating feedback from various stakeholders, and verifying that all creative assets align precisely with the overarching campaign goals. Furthermore, you will help manage project timelines and facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure that campaigns progress seamlessly from the initial brief through creative development and ultimately to launch.
  • • **Expense Tracking & Marketing Operations:** You will take ownership of maintaining the marketing budget trackers and expense sheets for the entire marketing organization. This includes managing the invoice processing workflow with our accounting team and coordinating the intake of vendor invoices from agencies and partners. Ensuring the accurate tracking and meticulous documentation of all marketing expenditures will be a critical responsibility. You will also support the organization of cross-team marketing processes, contributing to enhanced operational clarity and efficiency across the marketing department. Additionally, you will help coordinate marketing-wide initiatives, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies between different teams are kept on track.
  • • **Go-to-Market (GTM) & Launch Support:** You will assist Marketing Managers with the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies and checklists for all campaign launches. This involves helping to coordinate internal launch readiness across various teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and prepared. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all campaign deliverables, assets, and timelines are meticulously organized and thoroughly documented for easy access and reference.
  • • **Channel Expansion:** You will play a supportive role in the experimentation and growth initiatives within emerging marketing channels, specifically focusing on platforms like TikTok and Snapchat. This includes assisting with campaign coordination, organizing creative assets tailored for these platforms, and supporting the tracking of performance metrics to inform future strategies. Your contribution will be vital in helping Solace explore and leverage new avenues for patient engagement and outreach.
