- • Support Loadsmart’s market entry into Latin America by executing localized marketing initiatives tailored to Brazil’s logistics industry.
- • Generate qualified sales opportunities through targeted outreach, lead nurturing, and coordination with sales teams in the region.
- • Localize global marketing content, campaigns, and messaging to align with cultural, linguistic, and regulatory nuances of the Brazilian market.
- • Act as the primary liaison between Loadsmart’s U.S.-based marketing and sales teams and local stakeholders in Brazil’s freight, shipping, and logistics sectors.
- • Build and maintain relationships with key industry players including shippers, brokers, warehouses, and carriers across Brazil.
- • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect platform capabilities and value propositions for LATAM audiences.
- • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline generation, using available marketing tools and CRM systems.
- • Contribute to the development of region-specific marketing strategies that reflect Loadsmart’s core values: curiosity, clarity, results, commitment, and teamwork.
- • Participate in regional logistics events, trade shows, and industry forums to increase brand visibility and establish Loadsmart as a trusted technology partner.
- • Translate and adapt marketing collateral, email sequences, social media content, and digital ads from English to Portuguese while preserving brand voice and intent.
- • Identify and recommend local partnerships, influencers, or media channels to amplify Loadsmart’s presence in Brazil.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Brazil’s freight logistics regulations, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
- • Assist in the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns on platforms popular in Brazil, such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- • Provide regular feedback to headquarters on customer pain points, market reception, and competitive responses observed in the Brazilian market.
- • Ensure all marketing activities comply with local data privacy laws and business practices in Brazil.
- • Contribute to the creation of case studies, testimonials, and success stories featuring Brazilian clients and partners.
- • Manage day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and ownership of outcomes.
- • Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to align regional efforts with global KPIs and quarterly objectives.
- • Maintain accurate records of all marketing activities, contacts, and campaign results in shared systems and databases.
