• This freelance Marketing Automation Specialist - AI Trainer role is critical for bridging real-world marketing expertise with cutting-edge AI development, ensuring that next-generation AI models understand and apply marketing automation with authentic, industry-grounded reasoning.
• The role directly impacts the quality and reliability of AI systems used in marketing and business strategy by refining AI-generated content to reflect practical, compliant, and strategically sound automation practices.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs related to marketing automation workflows, campaign setup, execution, and operational details to ensure technical accuracy and real-world applicability.
• You will evaluate AI responses for technical correctness, practical feasibility, and alignment with industry standards, identifying logical gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated marketing content.
• A core task involves drafting realistic marketing automation scenarios based on your professional experience, creating variations from multiple stakeholder perspectives such as automation specialist, campaign manager, client, or business leader.
• You will actively identify shortcomings in AI reasoning—such as flawed campaign logic, unrealistic timing, or non-compliant data usage—and provide structured, expert feedback to improve model performance.
• The role requires comfort with independent work and the ability to deliver clear, actionable critiques that enhance AI’s understanding of marketing strategy, platform selection (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), lead nurturing, segmentation, and ROI measurement.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level marketing automation specialist or strategist with significant professional experience in the EU or UK
• Proven expertise in advising on, developing, and executing marketing automation strategies, platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Pardot), and multi-channel campaigns
• Strong ability to evaluate marketing content, processes, and compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback on complex marketing automation concepts
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week with prompt responsiveness to tasks and communications
