Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Design, configure, and optimize AI agents to automate marketing workflows across content creation, lead enrichment, campaign operations, and growth experimentation using no-code platforms like Clay, Lindy, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot AI, and OpenAI/Claude APIs.
- • Identify repetitive marketing tasks and transform them into reliable, scalable AI-driven systems without writing code, focusing on inputs, decision points, and outputs to ensure consistent performance.
- • Write and refine prompts, design workflow logic, and curate training data to improve agent accuracy, reliability, and alignment with marketing goals.
- • Monitor agent output continuously, detect quality degradation or failures, and iterate rapidly on prompts and workflows to maintain high standards of performance.
- • Collaborate with engineering and Customer Operations teams when automation requires deeper technical integrations, custom APIs, or infrastructure changes.
- • Document all automated workflows clearly so that other members of the marketing team can understand, use, and contribute to the systems you build.
- • Stay current with emerging AI tools, prompt engineering techniques, and agent-based platforms, evaluating and integrating new capabilities into WeTravel’s marketing stack.
- • Operate as the primary AI operator for the marketing team, bridging the gap between manual processes and fully autonomous systems that improve efficiency and scale.
- • Ensure all automated systems are tested, monitored, and improved on a weekly basis, embracing a high tolerance for failure during experimentation to accelerate learning.
- • Work within a global, remote-first marketing team that supports multi-day group travel operators worldwide, automating workflows that impact campaigns reaching every continent.
- • Maintain alignment with marketing objectives by ensuring AI agents enhance—not replace—human creativity and strategic decision-making in campaign execution.
- • Use structured thinking to map complex workflows into step-by-step automation pipelines, prioritizing reliability over speed and iterative improvement over initial perfection.
- • Contribute to a culture of transparency and continuous improvement by sharing insights, documenting failures, and proposing enhancements based on real-world agent performance data.
- • Support the broader marketing team by training them on how to interact with and leverage AI agents, fostering trust and adoption across departments.
- • Balance innovation with operational discipline, ensuring automated systems are auditable, traceable, and aligned with compliance and data privacy standards.
- • Work remotely as part of a 350+ person international team representing over 50 countries, with a strong emphasis on agility, collaboration, and travel-inspired innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in marketing operations, growth ops, or marketing automation with hands-on experience in tools like HubSpot, Clay, Segment, or similar platforms.
- • Proven track record of using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude daily and having built automated workflows in n8n, Zapier, or similar no-code platforms.
- • Strong systems-thinking mindset—ability to map repetitive workflows into structured inputs, steps, outputs, and decision points for automation.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Full-time fixed-term contract as an international contractor with monthly USD payments.
- • Unlimited paid time off under the "Time to Recharge" policy.
- • Annual 2-4 week paid trip to Amsterdam (HQ) to stay in WeTravel apartments.
- • Extensive paid family leave and three paid volunteer days per year.
- • Cutting-edge equipment and coverage for work-from-home setup.
- • Opportunity to join an international, travel-loving team with a passion for innovation and adventure.
