📋 Description

• • The Marketing and Communications Manager, Kentucky develops, manages, and implements communication and media plans that facilitate comprehension, adoption, and advancement of The Nature Conservancy’s conservation goals in Kentucky and across the Southern U.S. Division.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing marketing and communications projects such as earned media, digital and social media, special events, and publications; serving as team lead; building internal and external relationships; managing budgets; and responding to urgent requests while advancing foundational strategies.
• • The role is part of The Nature Conservancy, a science-based global environmental organization dedicated to protecting lands and waters, with a mission to create a world where people and nature thrive, supported by over 1 million members and 400 scientists.
• • The person in this role will develop expertise in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, budget management, and conservation storytelling, while gaining leadership experience and the opportunity to drive measurable impact in a mission-driven organization.
