  • • Own end-to-end execution of email campaigns in HubSpot, including translating campaign briefs into polished email builds, coordinating QA, scheduling sends, and maintaining the promotional email calendar
  • • Upload and quality-assure contact lists in HubSpot, adhering strictly to established field mapping and data hygiene standards in close collaboration with the Demand Generation Leader
  • • Support organic LinkedIn presence by creating, scheduling, and posting content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments to maintain brand responsiveness
  • • Design graphics for social media posts, email headers, and event collateral using Canva or similar tools, producing clean, on-brand assets with minimal direction
  • • Edit and repurpose webinar recordings into short-form video clips optimized for LinkedIn and other social channels, including adding captions and trimming for platform-specific length
  • • Manage specific event logistics including drafting and sending RSVP emails, building calendar invites, and coordinating swag and flyer distribution for field dinners and broker lunches
  • • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional team members to execute high-volume, high-visibility marketing initiatives that directly impact pipeline and brand awareness
  • • Leverage AI tools daily to enhance output quality, increase efficiency, and produce more polished marketing assets than possible through manual effort alone
  • • Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all deliverables, proactively identifying and correcting errors before campaigns go live
  • • Manage time independently across a 20-hour weekly engagement, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines without constant oversight
  • • Ensure all marketing materials align with Forma’s brand guidelines and reflect the company’s mission of delivering equitable, scalable, and flexible employee benefits
  • • Collaborate with marketing operations to ensure seamless integration between campaign execution and data integrity across HubSpot and other platforms
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving campaign priorities and shifting deadlines while maintaining consistent quality across all deliverables
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing workflows by identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-informed optimizations

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of hands-on marketing execution experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
  • • Proven experience building and sending emails in HubSpot, including list/segment management, enrollment, and send setup
  • • Comfort using Canva or similar design tools to produce on-brand graphics without extensive direction
  • • Experience creating and managing LinkedIn content, including posting, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments
  • • Basic video editing skills for cutting, captioning, and trimming webinar clips into social-ready formats
  • • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in catching errors before delivery
