- • Serve as the primary owner for marketing software platforms including Syndigo, Yogi, and Bazaarvoice, ensuring full leverage of features to meet departmental needs.
- • Oversee vendor onboarding, implementation, and ongoing optimization, monitoring performance against service level agreements and recommending improvements or replacements as needed.
- • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system workflows, user guides, and best practices for marketing technology platforms.
- • Lead initiatives to streamline marketing workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve turnaround times for deliverables across departmental functions.
- • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring marketing activities including sampling campaigns, quarterly retail audits, and content syndication.
- • Coordinate and schedule recurring marketing activities such as marketing meetings, QBRs, Category 101 updates in Seismic, and quarterly retail audits.
- • Act as the subject matter expert for sampling campaigns, quarterly retail audits, and content syndication processes.
- • Manage and track marketing spend including eReq processing and invoice approvals, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- • Maintain accurate budget records and provide regular spend reports to leadership, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or impact.
- • Track and analyze operational KPIs related to vendor usage, process efficiency, and budget adherence to provide actionable insights for marketing leadership.
- • Partner with Sales, Category Management, Product Development, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of cross-functional projects.
- • Serve as the liaison between marketing and external vendors to align on deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
- • Support cross-functional initiatives requiring marketing operational expertise, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- • Demonstrate behaviors aligned with FQCP’s Cultural Pillars, exhibiting urgency, ownership, accountability, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
- • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other tools including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and IRI for data analysis and reporting.
- • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, evolving environment with extraordinary attention to detail, grammar, visual consistency, and information accuracy.
- • Travel up to 30% to support marketing operations, vendor meetings, and cross-functional initiatives.
- • Apply knowledge of consumer packaged goods industry fundamentals and current marketing trends to enhance operational effectiveness.
- • Ensure timely delivery of marketing projects, contributing to a high on-time delivery rate and stakeholder satisfaction scores.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance tool adoption through training, process integration, and feature utilization.
- • Maintain high standards for task completion without close supervision, demonstrating strong accountability and organizational skills.
