- • This is a pivotal role for a driven Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of marketing execution and coordination within a science-backed eCommerce wellness brand. You will be instrumental in translating high-level business objectives into tangible marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across multiple channels, and providing critical visibility into performance metrics. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position for an individual who excels at bringing structure, alignment, and accountability to fast-paced environments.
- • You will serve as the central hub for all marketing activities, working closely with leadership, the creative team, and specialized external partners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that marketing efforts are cohesive, aligned with the brand's core values of education and credibility, and ultimately drive measurable results.
- • A key aspect of this role involves translating strategic business goals into clear, actionable marketing priorities. This encompasses organic social media, paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts, and strategic partnership initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that messaging, timing, and execution across all these channels are perfectly synchronized, preventing siloed efforts and maximizing impact.
- • Maintaining the integrity of the brand's positioning is paramount. You will consistently reinforce the brand's science-based, educational approach across every marketing touchpoint, ensuring that our communication resonates with our target audience and builds long-term trust.
- • Collaboration with the Creative Director is essential. You will be responsible for briefing the creative team, setting clear priorities for asset development, and ensuring that all creative output directly supports broader marketing objectives and campaign strategies.
- • You will own and meticulously manage the affiliate program. This includes identifying potential partners, facilitating their onboarding process, coordinating content creation and distribution, and rigorously tracking their performance against set KPIs. Your efforts will be crucial in expanding our reach and driving sales through trusted advocates.
- • Furthermore, you will proactively identify and cultivate social-first partnership opportunities. This involves engaging with creators, influencers, and other brand-aligned collaborators on platforms like TikTok and Instagram to amplify our message and connect with new audiences. Ensuring that all affiliate and partnership content adheres to campaign objectives, brand standards, and compliance requirements will be a critical part of your remit.
- • As the primary point of contact for external marketing partners and agencies (such as paid media specialists and SEO consultants), you will set unambiguous expectations regarding scope of work, project timelines, deliverables, and key success metrics. You will be the gatekeeper of project management workflows, utilizing tools like Zoho to meticulously track timelines, manage tasks, and ensure smooth cross-team coordination.
- • Regular performance reviews will be a core part of your responsibilities. You will analyze campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and proactively recommend strategies to enhance efficiency and maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- • You will take full ownership of marketing reporting across all channels. This involves compiling clear, concise, and actionable performance insights for leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making. Your analytical skills will be key in identifying trends, pinpointing performance gaps, and driving optimization efforts.
- • Close collaboration with the Email & CRM Specialist is vital. You will work together to align lifecycle data, attribution models, and customer insights, ensuring a unified approach to customer engagement and retention.
- • In addition to working with the Creative Director, you will also collaborate with the Graphic Designer to ensure that visual assets effectively support campaign goals. You will develop and submit precise briefs to creative and copy teams, clearly outlining objectives, timelines, and expected deliverables.
- • You will provide clear direction and prioritization to content creators and other contractors, ensuring their work aligns with strategic priorities. Improving team cohesion through organized workflows, established communication norms, and a culture of accountability will be a significant contribution.
- • You will leverage Ninety (90) to manage weekly meetings, track to-do lists, and oversee quarterly priorities, ensuring the entire marketing function operates with clarity and focus.
- • Success in this role will be defined by the clear prioritization, organized execution, and timely delivery of marketing initiatives. Leadership will benefit from consistent visibility into marketing performance and ROI, while vendors and internal teams will operate with greater alignment and accountability.
