- • Lead day-to-day execution of creative and performance-driven marketing initiatives across channels, ensuring alignment with brand integrity and business outcomes.
- • Serve as primary point of contact for all creative agency partners, managing workstreams in Asana including briefs, timelines, approvals, and asset workflows.
- • Develop clear creative briefs and campaign frameworks informed by performance data and AI-supported insights to drive campaign effectiveness.
- • Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline creative reviews, version control, and approval processes, improving workflow efficiency and reducing time-to-market.
- • Create, assign, and monitor project plans, milestones, and deliverables for all marketing campaigns, ensuring accountability for timelines, quality, and performance.
- • Consolidate and communicate feedback efficiently across teams and agencies, ensuring seamless incorporation into final creative assets.
- • Maintain organized documentation, creative asset libraries, and knowledge systems for cross-functional accessibility and brand consistency.
- • Oversee execution of enrollment, product, brand, PR, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing campaigns, integrating AI to enhance output and personalization.
- • Own the integrated marketing calendar and ensure cross-channel alignment across digital, email, paid media, and PR efforts.
- • Establish and manage OKRs, reporting cadence, and AI-enabled performance dashboards to track campaign ROI and optimize targeting, timing, and creative.
- • Improve marketing workflows through automation and intelligent project management systems, reducing manual effort and increasing scalability.
- • Ensure all campaigns are consistently on-brand, compliant with healthcare regulations, and optimized for measurable results.
- • Manage and mentor a team spanning enrollment, B2B communications, design, and email functions, setting clear priorities, expectations, and development plans.
- • Train and enable team members on modern marketing tools, automation platforms, and AI-supported workflows to elevate team capability and adoption.
- • Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
- • Provide hands-on guidance to elevate creative quality, execution standards, and campaign impact.
- • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Data teams to align marketing programs with business priorities, product launches, and client needs.
- • Translate business objectives into scalable, data-driven marketing programs that support growth, enrollment, and customer retention.
- • Support go-to-market planning and integrated campaign rollouts across multiple stakeholder groups.
- • Contribute to a mission-driven culture focused on improving healthcare accessibility and affordability for individuals with chronic conditions including obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10-12+ years leading marketing teams in a startup environment
- • Health & wellness or healthtech industry experience
- • Strong analytical and creative background
- • Comfort working with data platforms, automation tools, and emerging AI solutions
- • Experience partnering with Product and Client Success teams
- • Familiarity with healthcare or wellness brands
