- • As a Marketing Engineer at Tonic AI, you will bridge technical execution and marketing narrative to drive growth for Tonic Fabricate, the company’s AI-powered synthetic data product.
- • You will architect AI-native product-led growth (PLG) funnels, engineer sales bridges using AI orchestration tools, invent real-time growth capabilities, and build rapid experimentation layers for pricing and user engagement.
- • Reporting to the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing, you will own the end-to-end PLG loop for Tonic Fabricate, from user activation to revenue and retention, with full autonomy to build, test, and scale systems.
- • You will work at the intersection of marketing, product, and engineering, using LLMs, APIs, and automation tools like Clay and n8n to create scalable, data-driven growth systems that resonate with technical audiences.
- • This role offers the opportunity to be the primary architect of growth for a high-potential product line in a fast-growing Series B company at the forefront of AI and data privacy.
🎯 Requirements
- • AI-native skillset: Proficiency in prompting and orchestrating LLMs for research, data evaluation, and building automated growth workflows.
- • Technical fluency: Ability to connect APIs and architect systems independently, with experience shipping functional experiments quickly using code or low-code tools.
- • Full-loop PLG ownership: Comfort identifying user friction points, building product-based solutions, and deploying automated distribution systems end-to-end.
- • Developer persona awareness: Understanding of how engineers think and what they value, prioritizing utility, technical documentation, and immediate product value in marketing efforts.
- • Builder mindset: Preference for creating robust, scalable growth loops over short-term tactical hacks, with a bias for action and experimentation.
